About The Talent Office

Our Mission

At The Talent Office we have a single purpose - to provide our clients with exceptional outcomes across a range of high-impact HR and people-related topics. We bring our experience and expertise across 10 distinct service offers and we always deliver in our own authentic and straight-forward way - innovative, pragmatic, tailored to your needs, as simple as possible, quick to implement and always high in impact and outcomes

How We Work

  

We always start with understanding your business, your priorities, your future, and the challenges and opportunities that surround you. We work hard to understand that context because we want to only do things that we know will make a difference to you. Then we use our expertise, our principles and our style to create solutions and outcomes that will really have an impact. All our solutions are entirely bespoke, tailored to what you need, not what we most want to do, nor what is currently in vogue, nor simply something we have done before. Next, we work with you to execute fast, introduce changes and initiatives in a way that lands really well and sustains over time. 


Our work is:


  1. grounded  in analysis: we take the time to analyse and understand the outcomes that you really need, to get to the heart of what will really make a difference; we do a lot of hard thinking so that the outcomes are intuitive and impactful, useful and enduring
  2. high-impact for the right reasons: our solutions make a difference, so they are notable and noticeable. We want them to do what you need, and to reflect well on you (and us!) for just how good they are. They will look good and be good; and we will also work with you to find metrics and measures that demonstrate the impact.
  3. smart and practical: we  know the theories, but they don't drive our work; instead, our solutions      are crafted to be completely practical, effective and impactful.
  4. a little bit different. We are grounded in reality but our work is also always creative, a little more innovative, a touch more counter-intuitive. What you get from us will not be the same as you can      get anywhere else.
  5. simple, flexible and adaptable. Our solutions must “live where you live”; and they will be no more complex than is needed to be effective. This means that we build solutions using your language, that can adapt to your changing business and circumstances, that don’t add complexity but deliver utility, and that achieve exactly what you need.
  6. introduced, not just delivered. A solution without an implementation is of no use to anyone. We will help you design campaigns and launches, and work with you to embed the solutions in “how things get done around here”. And we will involve your people and bring them along, in a positive and inclusive way, so that all the stakeholders feel the benefit of our work.


We make it a habit to be open, inclusive and engaging; there’s always a lot of interaction needed to create outstanding solutions, and we make sure that the way we work builds relationships that are positive and enduring. We take the time needed to make working with us genuinely a pleasure – which is how we feel about working with our clients too
